FOUNTAIN SOLUTION

Puts a water film on the blank part of the plate. Ink stays on the image. Standard fountain solution needs IPA added by the pressman at 8 to 10 percent. The alcohol-free version does not. Mix at 4 to 5 percent and print. Sheet-fed, UV, rotary. One formula. pH holds at 5.0 to 5.5. Clean restart after a long stop.
