UV RUBBER BLANKET
EPDM surface compound, not standard rubber. UV inks and their wash chemicals eat standard blankets. This one is built to resist. Microsphere air cushion, hardness 80 IRHD, surface roughness under 1.0 μm. Phoenix UV-329. Kinyo UV series. PrintBar UV-80. 1.70mm, 1.95mm. 25-meter rolls.
A press is never perfectly flat. The offset blanket either hides the gaps or prints them. This one has a resilience layer built to absorb what the cylinder cannot hold. 60 IRHD surface for clean release, two to five plies for any run length, widths from 520 to 1480mm. Dot comes through sharp. 25-30 meter roll.
