Cleaning Supplies

You need cleaners supplies, same as every press on the planet. The question is which ones, how often, and whether what you are using right now is doing more damage than the dirt it was supposed to remove. Most shops get that last one wrong for years before anyone notices the rubber is hardening.

We make eight categories of cleaning products for offset presses, and it is not because we felt like filling a catalog. The stuff that cleans a CTP plate is not the stuff that strips UV-cured ink off a roller. The solvent that dissolves calcium buildup in a dampening system should not be the same solvent you use on a rubber blanket. Using the wrong one wastes product and shortens the life of whatever surface you are putting it on. The operators on the floor already know this, even if the purchasing department does not always ask.
