This product conforms to the toy safety and hygiene, American ASTM F963-03, European Union EN71, ROHS standard, has passed "SGS" heavy metal test.

Using method：
For on line coating, UV varnish can be heated to 40-45 ℃ in winter; It is best to keep the UV intensity greater than 65mj/cm2 for drying
Coating thickness normally is around 3-5 micron/㎡（Dry base), can be adjusted According to the printing paper and ink thickness
Notice：
When requiring higher flexibility after UV oil, please pay attention to and choose paper with better flexibility. The cardboard after UV oil should be avoided direct sunlight, avoid prolonged exposure to the sun, so as not to be exposed to the sun and being yellow.
In the process of using UV varnish, it is recommended to regularly clean the dust and ink at the bottom of the inkl tank. UV varnish should be avoided from direct sunlight, avoid long opening exposure to strong light.
The shelf life of this product is six months at room temperature. Please use it within the validity period.
