Ink Viscosity Reducer is a kind of wax paste mixture, the texture is loose and lubricated. After adding a right amount to the ink, can reduce the ink viscosity, reduce paper fuzzing, powder drop, and improve the uniformity of ink, make the ink with good printability.
Generally, it should be controlled within 5%, preferably using 1% -3%. Improper dosage will affect gloss and dryness. It is necessary to mix it properly with dry oil to ensure good printing dryness.

Product Role
1. It can increase gloss, improve wettability and ink quality, increase printing speed and reduce viscosity. It can be directly added to paste like ink, such as offset printing ink and letterpress ink. It can shorten the thread head when used in resin based ink.
2. When printing or ink mixing, if feel that the ink is sticky or thin, you can add a suitable amount to adjust it.
